Loadit ("we", "us") is an AI investing copilot. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We designed Loadit to be privacy-respecting: we never store your brokerage password, and we minimize the data we handle.
To generate narrative explanations, structured, de-identified signals may be sent to our backend and a large language model provider. We do not send brokerage credentials, and we instruct providers not to train on this data. Loadit's core analysis also runs on-device.
Sensitive tokens are stored in the device Secure Enclave (Keychain) and protected by Face ID / Touch ID. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. We maintain an in-app audit log of security-relevant events.
You can disconnect a brokerage at any time, which removes its access token from your device. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data.
Loadit is not directed to children under 18 and is intended for adult investors.
